In English, the use of 'touristic' is often an indicator of a non-native speaker; although the word does exist in English, it's not in common use. An average native speaker would instead use 'tourist' as an adjective or the informal word 'touristy'. They would describe the Eiffel Tower, for example, as a 'tourist attraction' rather than a 'touristic attraction'.
I believe 'touristic' has become common among European second language speakers of English because of its similarity to words such as French touristique, German touristisch, Spanish turístico, Albanian turistike, Swedish turisigt, etc.
