I really fd up this time

I (24f) am talking to a guy (25m) we'll call him jay so me and jay have been good freinds for years and so I was at his patents house cooking dinner with his dad and mom I was chopping veggies as his mom I making dessert well I'm looking back while chopping the vegetables and my bf came in and put his hand on the cutting board as a slice I sliced the back of his hand open and so we rush to the urgent care and it was all fine till last night we ordered take out and out of nowhere he starts yelling at me asking how dumb was o this that and the other and I hate yelling so I started crying and he slapped me I told him to leave and now he won't talk to me am I in the wrong ?
