How can you knlw kf you're disturbing someone or not ? I'm very anxious and often on my phone thanks to my work (so want to text lol) BUT I'm aware its not everyone case. So how can I know if I'm annoying other ? And how continue the convo after a "👍" ? (I texted 👍🏻 and this guy answered 👍 but I'm pretty sure its means something "ok stfu"

  1. usually if the person is not interested in talking, they will give you short/one word responses or they will just answer questions like an interview. in your case he matched your lazy thumbs up with one as well. i have had many texting convos like with this women who just give dry responses. the worst are ones where they just respond back with a reaction or “haha”, “lol” or “:)” its fine every now and then damn its a regular thing, then how am i supposed to work with that? it just lazy

    Based on your reply to another comment, there’s nothing really to say to that. How did you expect him to respond to an emoji? You ended the conversation.
