I am starting to feel rather hopeless when it comes to dating. It seems like everything is based on age and attractiveness. I'm mid 40s, and average looking. Not ugly, but no stunner. I've managed to find 2 men to date in 2 years. One broke up with me for a younger woman, the other said I was good for a booty call, that's it.
Is there even any point in looking, if I'm not conventially attractive?
