It does not matter if its my family, friends or random people. I hate it.
I always get hot and embarassed if someone asks me questions about what i like to do or my major (psychology). Idk why it bothers me so much but it does and i hate that. I watch youtube and play video games mainly and if someone trys to pry and ask stuff like, "what kind of videos/games do you like" i mentally shut down and get super embarassed.
i just shut down. Is this normal? How do i get over this?
