Help

I’m going to be a freshmen in HS this year. I have some close friends but I’m more on the reserved side but still an honors student and very involved ( I’m an istj for everyone whos into the mbti stuff) and I hate to say it but honestly I can be a people pleaser and I despise conflict. I like talking to people but I worry that sometimes people think I’m boring or too like basic. What I’m trying to say is that does anyone have any tips for how to maybe break out of my shell a bit more?
