I'm 31, 6'3 250.
I just got myself a standing desk and now I need a decent chair. I'm currently in online school and working from home. I've herniated both my neck and lower back earlier in the year. I need something that supports my whole spine, posture, and my height so I don't cross my legs. My budget it $500, possibly more if it is something that will last. Thank you 🙂

Herman miller aeron chair. I got it used and I have had it for over 10 years at this point.
You should be able to pick up a Herman Miller Aeron chair for that price if you shop around a bit. That’s kind of the gold standard for affordable ergonomic comfort.
