I just met a girl I like and she is sending me Instagram reels and don’t know how to deal with it

So with my guy friends, we send each other hundreds every few days and most of them go unliked or we never/very rarely comment on them. That’s fine with us all because there are so many of them we don’t expect each other to respond to everyone. I’ve never sent stuff like this to a girl on IG and don’t know if I should be commenting on all of them and initiating conversation or if I should just like it so she knows I watched it and move on with my day. She did say she isn’t much of a texter as well.
