Help Needed: Navigating a Complicated Relationship

,I could really use some advice. I'm in love with a girl who says she loves me too, but there's a twist. She had a first love in high school for a guy she never dated, but she's obsessed with him. She loved him but never dated him. She even made his favorite color her favorite color and writes about him in her diary.Whenever she thinks about him, she tells me it feels good to her. His favorite color was blue, so sometimes she wears blue socks just to feel connected to him. Even though she knows he can't be hers, I can sense that she wants him to be part of her life.She says she loves me, but sometimes I don't feel that she loves me as much as I love her.What should I do in this situation? Do you think I can get that guy out of her heart? Should I make them meet again and let her be with him, or let her date him and then let her decide who she wants to stay with?Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!
