Why do girls complain about guys, then admit they go for red flags, and then cry about the red flags for being the red flags that they went for?

This isn’t every female obviously, but I see a far higher percentage of girls admitting they literally go for red flags, than girls that don’t. Then they complain about guys not being emotionally intelligent, but they literally choose these red flags that have barely any intelligence, let alone any emotional intelligence. The bullshit excuse of thinking they can change them is pure nonsense because they just go to the next one knowing the previous 3 didn’t change
