How to be nonchalant without being boring?

I try to be nonchalant especially with women so that I don't come over as boring but instead that it makes me look mysterious in their eyes, it seems like it makes me look boring or timid. Either way it doesn't result in the reaction I'm aiming for and they don't rlly give a shit. How can I be nonchalant without being boring/ what's the difference?
