Keeping friends as an adult

I’m getting married next October. I have a bridesmaid that told me last night while drunk “we don’t talk or hangout I don’t even want to be your bridesmaid. If you’re on the same page I’ll still be your bridesmaid I just feel bad because we never text or hang out but when we are it’s fine we know what to talk about”. I’ve tried to talk to her and tried to hang out with her. We became friends because our boyfriends have been friends for 14 years. I don’t know what to do with her though. I took phlebotomy and tried to ask her to help me make a blood necklace (not even wanting the blood of my fiancé just something to do with her) and she said “just do it yourself I just bought a small vial and a chain”. I tried to invite her to go floating with my fiancé and I and she said she didn’t know if she could. I try to play video games with her and she’s with her cousin or only duo-ing with her boyfriend. I even asked her last night in my bridesmaid gc after she told me that if she wanted to go to a bridal expo with my mom, fiancé, and MOH. She left me on opened. Maybe I should ask again ? I don’t know what to talk about with people, I’m the worst texted ever. But I also don’t know how to hang out with her if she is denying every chance to hang out with her. I still want her as my bridesmaid and I don’t talk to my other one as much but she didn’t care. She still said she wanted to be my bridesmaid. What do I do 😭😭😭 (sorry for the trauma dump lol)
