Hello, everyone. I’m 21 years old, male, 5'7' tall. I’ve been working out for about a month, and I've gone from 74.5kg to 70kg. I'm trying to find a perfect and tailored routine for myself.

Here is what I've done this month:

  • Breakfast: Two eggs
  • Lunch: Normal cafeteria food (meat and vegetables, but the food is quite oily)
  • Dinner: After practice, around 9:00 PM (chicken, egg, vegetables, and rice, but only two or three bites of rice)
  • Workout routine: After work, I usually do squats and pull-ups, followed by 3km of aerobic climbing. Sometimes I cycle instead.

My goal: I want to keep training to get down to 65kg and, at the same time, I want to look shapely. My belly looks a bit round, and there's a lot of fat on my face too. I love working out, but not seeing the results I want is taking a toll on me.

Challenges: I'm confused about how to make a plan and don't know much about strength training, so I’m unsure how to proceed.

I hope to get some useful advice from you all to help me improve my routine. I appreciate any tips or suggestions!
