I’m looking for some insight from those who have been through this. My first kid is on the way this year, and I’ve been thinking a lot about how this will impact my life. I do have some money saved up by luck, but I feel like having a child will make me more responsible and push me to work even harder.
For those who already have kids, did having children make you more financially secure? Did it motivate you to make better decisions and work harder? I’d love to hear your experiences and any advice you might have for a soon-to-be dad. Thanks!
