How do I tell him?

So I (F16) have a boyfriend (17) and we just started dating. I told him that I'm waiting till marriage and he seemed annoyed/fine with it. Right after he sent me a text saying " If I gotta wait till marriage for u can I at least see yo arch game 🫣". I'm really insecure about my body and I can't imagine doing stuff other than kissing, cuddling, and that sorts. How do I tell him this without making him mad?
