Why is there so much pee on the floor?

I’ve never understood. At every urinal, the floor is sticky as shit. And sure yeah bounce back pee or whatever but I swear some of you are out here just like straight pissing on the floor for the first few seconds. Are you out there? What’s going on. I need to know. Even drunk I can still pee in a urinal fine. Tell me more?
