What is the trick to not become bladder shy for a pre employment drug test?

I go for the drug test but get extremely bladder shy because its timed and have to try again. I do the normal water intake. But maybe it’s just nervousness and having to go on the spot. Concentra is the usual drug screen locations. But has anyone overcame this type of thing?
