Women of reddit, how do you deal with a bad day?

  1. I grit my teeth and white knuckle it until I can get into bed. The sooner the better. If that’s 1pm, I don’t give a shit, I’m hanging out in bed from 1pm onwards.

    I just find everything is so much easier to deal with in a quiet room with a weighted blanket and whatever I need on TV in the background.

  2. I go for a 5km jog. To clear my mind. Trust me, it works. You know I am not mentally stable when I started running again. Hahahaha
