How do I make my friend regain trust in relationships?

Hi so my friend and I recently had this conversation where it basically seems that because of his ex that cheated on him, he thinks that all girls are cheaters or he just doesn’t trust girls anymore and doesn’t wanna come into a relationship, but at the same time from my observation he does sometimes miss being in a relationship, also he’s a very good person, he hates himself, but we haven’t been friends for long that I can tell him everything clearly, but how do I make him understand that he’s actually amazing and that it’s not his fault that he got cheated, how do I explain him that not everyone is same, and that he should give another chance to a relationship or maybe just build trust?
