I’m anxiety ridden and autistic, so my coworkers think I’m weird asides one or two. A few often will blankly stare at me, and it bugs the fuck out of me. They aren’t particularly nice to me either. Across the room, staring. A foot away? Stare. Not 24/7 but if I’m around they usually will look.

What do I do? Would it be a bad idea to go “hi do you need anything?” Or simply stare back. I get so uncomfortable staring back, but it feels like the way I have to be more “dominant” because I’m a pushover lmao
