So I feel great when I am around 2, 3, 4 or whatever amount of people. Big crowds don’t bother me at all. But I really really stuggle with being one on one with people. I just can’t. It triggers so much anxiety that I feel like I literally would do anything to get out of that situation. It doesn’t matter with who I am. I’d do anything to avoid these situations. It has always been like that but now I’m starting to notice it a lot more.

And it looks like people are okay with staying one on one with me or other people while I’m constantly looking for ideas of how to get out of the situation.

Is there someone else feeling like this? I literally googled it and found nothing so please help

  1. When you’re in big groups do you talk or engage with people at all? Or are you more to yourself?
If you’re more to yourself then I’m assuming you’re a bit socially anxious & you hide with big groups because there’s more people, so when you’re 1:1 then the attention is on you & it makes you nervous.
