Sex after marriage.

So I’m 26M and the wife is 24F have been married for over three years now and been together eight years. So I guess I want to ask everyone is it really normal if your partner doesn’t care for sex anymore? When we first got together that’s all she wanted to do, to the point that I would say I didn’t want to here and there. Now it seems like she doesn’t any to anymore it’s been over three months since we did anything and I want it but I want her to want it to so I wait for her to ask but it hasn’t since and when I do budge and ask it’s either maybe or yes following with not wanting to anymore later and I know I repeated myself but is this normal?
