Me not wanting to move in end the relationship?

I (32f)on section 8 with my 3 boys (6,8 and 3 months). I recently got a house my boyfriend of one year (he’s the dad of my youngest) wants us to live together. I’m up for it but he wants me to leave my program so we can go 50/50 on a place. When we first met I told him I came in a 3 pack not just me. He said he was fine with that. But I feel like why am I going to leave my program and be with him and go pay half of the bills. He knows I need a new car I’m barely getting in my feet. I’m not comfortable doing that. He still expects me to come home and take care of all the kids clean cook. Like wtf how do I bring this up in conversation without offending him or am I wrong? I have my house I’m saving up for a car and I feel like I’m better off now than leaving it to be with him. If I say no we will probably break up. Aitah ?any advice ?
