My boyfriend 22M and I 21F have sex 2 or 3 in a month. Is that normal? I recently found out that he is watching porn and engaging in live chats regularly.

We have been together for 7 years since middle school. For the past 2 years, we have been living together. However, ever since then, we barely have sex. I almost have to beg him for it. During or before sex, my boyfriend suddenly loses interest and explains it very nervously and angrily. Almost every time I try to discuss sex with him, he gaslights me, saying he’s not enough for me or that he doesn’t have the high sex drive we used to have, almost blaming me for having a high sex drive like a crazy person. Until today, I was blaming myself and feeling embarrassed about wanting sex (by the way, we are an Asian couple, so a female wanting sex more is seen as a bad thing, I guess). Today, I checked my boyfriend’s history and found out that he is regularly watching porn and watching live sex chats (girls playing with themselves). What should I do? Is he not sexually attracted to me anymore? Or is it that my boyfriend has suddenly gained weight and has become very self-conscious over the past 2 years? Is he running away from reality into porn due to a lack of self-confidence? Please help me.
