how do I deal with get boners in person, they drive me insane bc I feel like all eyes on me I get so paranoid, especially if I can’t do the waistband trick.

  1. Is there anything in particular that set one off, or just a random thing, but a way I do is just not think about it, it’ll go down again fast enough

  2. Flex another muscle in your body. The blood will move to that muscle and out of your erection.

    I also used to kneel down and pretend to tie my shoe, which worked like the muscle flex, I assume.

  3. If you go running or do heavy weight lifting it will burn the excess testosterone out. Which means less possible hard ons.

  4. Flex your arm and all the blood from down there will flow to your arm and it will go away learned that in highschool

  5. People aren’t paying near as much attention as you think they are. Also, most every adult out there knows that teenage boys get random boners. Certainly all the males do. The females aren’t that naive about it either.
