15 year old male here. After summer break finishes I'm heading towards 10th grade. I have 3 main objectives.

  1. Get in shape – I created a whole bodyweight training routine for me to follow.

  2. Get 90% as my total grade – I'm currently an AP student but with ADHD. I'm researching different studying methods and I'm currently re-learning math.

  3. Read 30 minutes a day and learn something new everyday – I'm intrested in learning about investing and marketing, I'm hoping I could learn one small thing it everyday.

I suffered from procrastination for years and I'm again trying to get my life back together. During grade 9, my grades in courses was in late 50's and early 70's. I spend a lot of my freshman year being anxious, procrastinating, and doing nothing about my problems. I'm usually on my phone most of the time in class and I never focused on my work. If I cut out my distractions completeley and try to limit my social time with my friends and family, will I be able to finally be fully focused on my goals? Has isolating yourself or in general made you man that you are today?
