I’m arguing that it would be my father, seeing as it seems much more punishable to provide alcohol to a minor (no reasonable incentive to do so for a +21), than for a minor to want to get their hands on alcohol.

By the way this is not a plan to drink alcohol illegally, I can do plenty of legal drinking when getting back to my native Europe where I am of age.
