Could be something quick and easy to make or just grab and go.

  1. protein snack = simple beef jerky (no added sugar, just well dried meat with maybe a bit seasoning like pepper).

    fat snack = peanut butter (the only ingredient should be peanuts). You get a bit of protein, but it’s mainly a fat source. Avocado works also.

    Carbohydrate snack = toast (↓ to no added sugar, have it with peanut butter). Or you can do toast and low sugar jam if you’re running low on carbs that day.

  2. Healthy: Apples, grapes, fresh cauliflower, protein bar, 1/2 cup granola ,almonds

    Unhealthy: an entire bag of Doritos with a 2 L of 7UP or a tube of Oreos

  3. Beef jerky, specifically this moonshine-honey glaze a small batch company makes on my area.

    Other than that, peanut butter and celery or apple slices.
