any advice on making friends?

im 14(trans ftm) i have tourette’s, and i dress kind of a mix of grunge and y2k ish, i’ve got dyed hair, and i wear headphones all the time because of super sensitive ears. all of this has made me the weird kid everywhere i go yknow? i grew up in a small southern town and i barely had any friends, but in 8th grade i finally had a solid group of friends that i loved, but of course we had to move that summer to a completely new place. the bullying got so much worse through 9th grade and i only had two REAL friends, the others were the kind you’d nod your head to in the halls and they only talked to me when my friend was there. 10th grade is about to start and all of my friends have to go to other schools due to the bussing issues, one of the GOOD friends got real weird and kinda creepy so we don’t talk anymore, and my only remaining friend is always busy talking to his other friends. my life is a wreck and i can’t keep being alone but i don’t even know where to start with making friends, i’ve tried speaking to so many people, but no luck, i’ve tried to make friends online but they’re all creeps. nothing works and i have no idea what else i can do. if anyone can give any advice, please for the love of god do.
