Hello! This has been asked a couple times before but I figured a fresh discussion would be good to hear some different ideas. In your opinion what forms of cardio if any would or do you practice for improving sexual health? I’m mainly coming from the perspective of improving erection quality but of course having more stamina in general would be helpful for every aspect of daily life too lol. I’ve been considering something like sprinting or zone 4 training but I honestly have no idea if there’s any advantages of doing that over just walking or low intensity cardio.
