My (18m) boyfriend and I have been dating for about 9 months. He has been with 3 girls before me. This has never been a problem with me before, but I used to be friends with two of the girls. I found them incredibly attractive and knowing he’s seen them naked has made it very hard for me to be confident. He has also only been with women 5’0 and below. I am 5’1 I know it’s stupid, but I also get insecure about the height. He is 6’2 so it shouldn’t matter. How do I stop being insecure?

Get a journal with removable pages, write in them and when its full, burn the pages. Then replace the pages and start all over again
