Light spotting the morning after unprotected sex with iud

I never have spotting and my period isn't due for another week and a half approximately. My bf came in me like he always does and I came twice that night before he did. But this morning when I peed, there was a light pink colour and a small speck (clot-like) of bright red blood. Is this something normal, pregnancy related, or could it be a problem?
