In my country, when people need to sharpen their knives or blades, mobile sharpeners are available who carry their sharpening setups on bicycles. They typically make weekly rounds, traveling through various cities and villages. These sharpeners roam from place to place, and when people spot them and need their services, they simply call them over to have their knives sharpened. You can watch here in this video.
