5th date

This guy and I met on a dating app and we’ve been on five dates. My college friend actually knows him and she says he is kind of a shy guy. The most we’ve done is kissed and nothing else. I’m not looking to move fast . I’m not a very touchy person and he isn’t either but after every date we do make out. When we are talking he stares at me in a way in which I’ve never been looked at before and his body is always faced towards me. He’s only hold my hand and touched me when he’s a bit tipsy. Do I put my hand for him to hold it ?
