Like specifically getting past an attachment to someone you know it’s not going to happen with? Does anyone have any advice on a ways to proceed with a healthy mindset?

I (m) have a friend (f) who I have had romantic feelings for in the past, and they truly are a lovely person, but it’s never going to be any more than friendship. I want to continue being a good friend, but I don’t want to destroy things with an overly anxious response, so are there any recovering/healed anxious attachers that could possibly please help me out?
