Hello I (26m) have a long distance relationship with my gf (25f). She lives in the US and I live in Germany, her birthday is this coming September, I wanted to visit her for her birthday but due to some time-sensitive thesis work I won’t be able to come visit until October. I want to make her feel special and loved on her day and although the nice flowers and chocolates are a nice thought I would like to see if anyone had other ideas?
