I get nervous and shut down

I have the most amazing person in my life I love this person more than they know. I do have thoughts and think of dirty things but when my partner ask me about or to come up with a sexy scenario my brain completely shuts down I get nervous and don't know what to say I don't understand why I can't express myself I've tried many times but it never works
