I struggle to understand why my gf(f20) who says she loves me(m21) takes long periods of time to respond and seems to always have something going on other than seeing me?

I’ve been dating her for 5 months now and we when we started dating we were both very busy but always made time. Even now we call almost everyday and try to stay in touch through text however it’s mostly me texting then waiting for her to respond. I’ve always been a “hard core lover” where I would try to prioritize my gf, and with her she seems to only care when we are in person. Now I recently have had a knee injury that has stopped me from working for 4 weeks. As I lay in my bed stuff starts to swirl in my head about her not loving me and if she wanted to make time she would. It just seems to me that she doesn’t even care am I overthinking? Or is it there something else?
