Both. There are objective markers of beauty, but there are also features that some people find more attractive than others.

It’s subjective but when you aggregate a lot of opinions, certain universally attractive traits emerge as front runners.

It’s a mix of both. Some people prefer certain (physical) features in a partner over others but there are quite a few standards of attractiveness that seem pretty universal.
