(25M) Throughout my life, I’ve always found myself to be disrespected by others for no clear reason. I’ve always been respectful of others, neat, and responsible. In school, I was bullied and ostracized by my peers and my teachers always ignored it or even sided with those who bullied me. To this day, I feel like a ghost in social settings. At work, my voice is always ignored any my questions are invalidated. If I state my opinion I’m always told to keep my head down. I often find myself being blamed for others’ mistakes.

I spent 10 years in weekly therapy with various highly qualified psychologists and psychiatrists, and they all eventually became disinterested after my lack of improvement.

Does anyone have any idea about what could be causing this? And potentially how I can improve?
