Hi all, I'm new to this sub.
I'm going back to the excersice routine after a rough starting year. I'll to try make protein food and pump less protein powder and creatine (its because starting this year i went to the hospital more times that i could count and put a lot of medications and dont want to be in that situation again were my stomach is sensitive because of the medications, or get sick again). But i was wondering, what can i do to make my meals more delicious and filling that can help me gain muscles. I know carbs, high protein.
But any recipes would suffice.

Another thing, I was watching videos about "Meal prep for the week" which involves cooking a meal for 4 days. I always wondered what is the long period that I can store a cooked meal in the freezer. (I wonder if it's in the freezer because in the fridge I don't think it would last long and be full of bacteria)
