We’re not designing spaceships. There’s some duuumb people in relationships, so it’s clearly not that hard to grasp. It just seems like such an exaggeration, everyone has their issues.
Does more experience really translate to being a better partner? I wouldn’t say all the time. Is that guy that cheats on every girlfriend he’s had really such a catch? But he has so much experience!
Think of it this way. Would you rather give a puppy to someone who’s never had one before, or that guy that’s had tons of puppies, but he keeps eating them?
