What National Park Sites (that aren’t National Parks) do you feel are underrated?

To clear things up, the National Park Service (NPS) manages over 400 sites throughout the country, of which 63 are considered (capitalized) National Parks. They get a lot of the attention, but there's some others that range from wilderness areas to battlefields to beach shores that show the nature and history of our country.
