Is it a red flag if someone never talks about their past relationships?”

I've been seeing someone for a few months now, and I've noticed that they never bring up their past relationships, even when I ask directly. They just say things like, "It's all in the past," and change the subject. Should I be concerned? Is this a red flag, or am I overthinking it?
