Would I regret having my first be casual?

I (21M) have only ever had oral with someone I ended up hating a bit after (for being a bad person, which I didn't know prior to that). I've been insurmountably horny lately and was thinking of losing my virginity to some random (but, obviously, hand picked) person through casual dating apps. I've been close, but have pulled out because I don't know how long it will be until I have anyone to have a relationship with, so my only sexual experience for a while might be, for example, random grindr guys. Should I just wait until I start dating?
