When do you stop dating?

It’s been a while since I have had a relationship since my divorce 3 year ago. I have a second date tonight with our first being this past Sunday we have also been texting just a little over a week. Everything is great, but prior to being asked out for a second date another guy also asked me to go out on Friday. When do you stop dating other people? Is this something I should bring up but I do feel it may be too soon? Any advice?
