What should I do? My wife left cuz I said something to her during a bad day of my mental health 36f /39m

What should I do? I was having a bad day with my mental health and said to my wife that I was ok with giving up on my life and taking her with me cuz I wanted to always be with her. she is hurt about that and says how can she be with a man who would say that to his wife, also we are having a lot of trouble having kids I think she is down about that cuz she said she can’t give me kids so why would I want to be with her so she moved to her friends house and not talking to me much . I love my wife with all my heart
