As you may surmise from the title of this post, I'm not a lawyer, I'm not a politician, I'm not a judge: I'm just a pretty standard Chem student. That being said, I think that the continuous attempts to destroy the digital privacy from our institutions is quite sickening and terrifying, and I would like them to stop once and for all. I know that even if magically such a proposal obtained enough signs (and that's already a lot, since so many rightful proposals now are struggling to find support) the commission could just turn it away, but that would already create a lot of media attention, and the fuckers would be watched 24/7. So, is it possible to propose something like that? Or do I need to start telling my friends to call me or email me for every single conversation we don't have in person?
