So someone I know wants to get a hysterectomy but they’ve heard that getting a hysterectomy feels way different for a guy when having intercourse almost like there’s literally nothing there. We look online and it’s 50/50. So we need the truth if anyone out there is willing to share.

Edit: I feel really stupid for asking this question now. BUT the only reason I am asking is because said friend asked her DR if it feels different for men and Dr said for some people it feels the same or sometimes can feel different (for the men). I’m on everyone side where it literally has nothing to do with the vaginal canal and why would it feel different . But felt like I needed to ask since the Dr said it could feel different. So in my head I needed to go to the source (the men that have sex with women without a uterus). I am sorry to people that think this is a dumb question. I do not have a penis so I have no way of figuring this out.

  1. It wouldn’t have any impact on the man. No one is getting that deep.

It can impact how sex feels for a woman who has had said hysterectomy.

Edit: not sure why I’m getting downvoted for a psyiological reality. A hysterectomy doesn’t impact the vaginal canal, as the uterus is a considerable distance farther up behind the cervix.

  2. A dude’s dick does not blast through the cervix and enter the uterus. A man should feel no difference whether a woman has a uterus or not

  3. I noticed zero difference at all. If she hadn’t had told me I’d have had zero idea.

It was nice knowing there was absolutely zero chance of pregnancy though.

  4. Hang on….we’re talking about the removal of the uterus, so I’m not sure that impacts how the vagina feels. Upside, no more periods for her.

  5. Is this a joke question? Women have uteruses and they’re way up inside our bodies. Men cannot possibly feel them whatsoever, and if you’re worried about how a hysterectomy would affect YOU, you don’t need to be fucking having sex with a woman, you rube

  6. Major, major hoemone change with a hysterectomy. MAy take years for the woman to find the right hormone balance again or it may just be fine in 6 weeks. Total crapshoot emotionally, be prepared for a personality change which may or may not happen but I have seen it in several women over the years. Men who ar ein relationships with women post surgery have to be ready to deal with this aspect. The PIV part is pretty easily solved provided the woman doesnt lose all interest in intimacy.
