Any advice on the following problem ?
I'm trying to set up a DVLA account but every attempt ends with the "sorry, we couldn't verify your identity" screen.
And yes….all – ALL – of my details are correct. Address history, middle name, etc. The problem seems to be my passport that was issued in 2022.
This is bizzare frankly. My identity is verifiable enough to receive multiple credit reports, but not enough to open a DVLA account.
Any advice is appreciated. And if you had the same issue and resolved it, how did you do it ?
